The athletes (for the most part in the NFL) are better than the guys in the CFL (bigger, stronger, faster etc.). That said, as far as entertainment is concerned, I find myself entertained much more with CFL games than with NFL games. There is some bias there no doubt, but NFL games haven't been great thus far in 2022.
