The Rooney Rule sucks and owners/GM's definitely just go through the motions and interview a token black guy at the end of the process even though they already have their coach/coordinator/GM but this lawsuit reads like a wrongful termination suit with extra steps and while I get that Flores feels aggrieved I'm not sure this is going to be the catalyst for change and now the NFL is down one more very talented black coach.

Since the baseball team didn't take Senators, it was open for the NFL team to take in my opinion. Admirals would have worked as well.
