In all seriousness, SF didn't lose the SB to KC because of him (they lost it because Shanahan can't manage a clock), and if Tartt holds onto that INT SF could've been the winners last night, but it's been obvious for years that this is a talented team with an average QB who can hold his own but can't do much to push you over the edge.
Now imagine that instead of trading 3 first round picks and a third for Trey Lance they had traded half that for Stafford. Or tried really hard to get the disgruntled Rodgers out of GB. Last season was a write off because of injuries but Jimmy G wasn't the answer long before that (thus why they wanted Lance to begin with).
They had better hope Lance is ready to step in because wasting a roster this talented would be a shame.
