I don't understand that rule on the Steelers kick-off, the Browns receiver initially tried to catch the ball at the 1 yard line, dropped it and it rolled into the endzone and then he was able to take a knee in the endzone. I think that should be a safety for the Steelers (pretty sure it would be in the CFL).
