Does anybody think that rule should be changed? Why should the team that committed a personal foul get a reprieve because of an illegal procedure (going out of bounds) penalty?
Biased in this case obviously, but I 100% believe the only thing that should offset a personal foul is another personal foul.Does anybody think that rule should be changed? I'd be OK with that too.Just for comparison purposes, in the CFL, the Chiefs would have penalized 10 yards (15 for the personal foul minus five for the Bills illegal procedure) and there would have been no re-kick.
