True. Basically they said later it should have been penalty outside the box but a red card for the Mexican defender. I wonder how much that would have changed the game.

This team is so bad. There is no excuse for not being up 2-0 at minimum right now. Absolutely no ideas from anyone but Pulisic in the final third and no off the ball movement unless they’re on a counter. It’s laziness.

Horrible 2nd half. We were the more rested team and we looked like we were drained. Very disappointing but we got the result. Hopefully we can put that performance behind us.

Midfield play was horrid at both ends. Curaçao cut through them with ease. And so many unforced errors on simple passes. Bradley was forced to come back deeper to just help the defense clear. What was the deal with the defense waiting so long to move the ball out of the zone? Aaron Long seemed to be panicking the whole night. McKennie just flat out lazy at times with giveaways. Champagne must not have worn off after signing the 4 year deal with Schalke earlier in the day. Remember when everyone was gushing over Boyd after the Guyana game? Now we know why he plays in Turkey. Zardes clueless in the box. Zardes is not the future at striker. Here is how the pathetic the USA is: I would say 9 out of the 11 players on Curaçao are better than USA players and I would include outcoached them too. I was shocked watching that. Altidore needs to start going forward which is a bad sign that none of the youth (other than Pulisic) are ready. May want to give Reggie Canon a shot on the right over Boyd too next game.

Weather delay. At least being in the Bay Area restart won't be too late for me. Should have some of these games out here. Beautiful, no humidity, upper 60's this evening. Levi Stadium would have been perfect.
