Just bought a ticket earlier for Jawbreaker at Starland Ballroom (Sayreville, NJ) at the end of March. Saw them in Brooklyn last year, awesome show. Also seeing Iron Maiden in Philly in July. First time seeing Maiden.

I'll have to see who all is coming to town before I know the full list.

I'll be seeing the Rolling Stones when they come to Atlanta though.

A bit of a light year in 2018. Only went to two(though one was the best I've ever been to), Dwight Yoakam, Steve Earle and Lucinda Williams for the LSD tour, and I took my mom to see Mickey Gilley in Hiawassee.

seen Maiden many times
back in the day -
they really jam on stage -

my buddy would fence with Dickenson
when they came to town -

I'm seeing Maiden in Brooklyn in July. You're going to love it, I've seen them literally 20 times. Caught the in Tampa on the last tour and they still rock. I even saw their originally lead singer Paul D'anno a couple of times. Seeing Mellencamp at the Beacon in February.

Thinking about this one for over the memorial day weekend...but I might pass.
I've been to this fest in the past and the venue is awesome. The lineups have been pretty decent for the most part.

BottleRock Napa Valley

I just can't do the festival thing anymore. Too long a day and too many acts I have no interest in.

Mastodon, Clutch and Killswitch are great shows, the rest I don't really care much for.

Rob Zombie fucking sucks live, that much is certain.

I haven't seen any of those three live yet; looking forward to it.

I've seen Zombie live once before. He was alright. If I didn't care about any of the other shows that day I would probably skip him. I haven't seen Manson live yet; I'm not a huge fan of his stuff, but I'd like to experience one of his shows. In This Moment is better live than the studio, so I don't mind catching them live again. The Friday show I'm actually most interested in seeing is Lacuna Coil. I like quite a bit of their stuff, haven't seen them yet and they don't come to the US all that often (they're Italian).

The Rock USA festival grounds is about 2 miles from my house. It is basically nothing for me to get there and home.

Going to Maiden in August (Buffalo). 1st time since OzzFest in 2005.

Considering Woodstock 50, but need more info first (lineup, prices). I went to '94 and '99.

Saw em' in 2017 with Ghost. Honestly, Ghost kinda blew em' off the stage, but they were still pretty great. I had pit passes, and it was easily the loudest show I've ever been to. I managed to hang for Ghost's whole set, but only lasted 4 or 5 songs with Maiden til I had to move back to the lawn. They just straight kicked you in the head with their guitars. It was unbelievably loud.

I think I am going to go see Titus Andronicus on Valentines Day

and I want to go see Drive By Truckers this year...their lead singers are touring separately too, so looking into that in Annapolis. That is going to be a must

Funny enough, the loudest club show I've been to was Vanilla Ice (on his "metal" album tour). Too cold...too cold!

Oddly enough, I just received an alert for this concert right here on the Hoop....
It's a 3 day festival at the end of March.

I may have to bust a move to get tix for this one soon.
Cool setting, music, vibe, brews etc....

I love Squaw Valley.
