Never said D-Rob wasn't great, he was an all-time great and a freak but this is more about Hakeem. He was a once in a lifetime freak...even in today's game we will likely never see a player like Hakeem. Robinson is fine where he is on the list..no problem. Hakeem should be higher though. Plain and simple.

95 WCF's a 32 year old Hakeem absolutely dominated putting up 35,13,5 and 5 bpg on a PRIME Robinson. He had no answer. That is all I am saying, there is absolutely no reason to have Robinson over Hakeem when they are at back to back spots...just didn't make sense to me but it's Bleacher Report, the list isn't horrible but far from stellar.

I hear you. Hakeem was incredible, too, and had a move named after him. I just think that when their overall careers are considered, there's a reasonable argument for Robinson. Also, in that 95 WCF, it's not like Robinson played poorly. He put up good numbers, too. Hakeem got a lot of usage (for a very good reason). He averaged 28 FG attempts per game, so it's no surprise he scored a ton of points.

Westbrook was finally starting to embrace his role as slasher and was ditching the threes

If he had done this all along he'd have been unstoppable.

Yeah, I don't think he'll ever be a good 3-point shooter. Some guys just don't have the touch.

I love the pairing. Harden as the super skilled genius and Westbrook as the wrecking ball who will just go full force on you.

Me either but like I said it's hard given you can't disconnect the two. To be a top 25 guy I think you've had to have been the alpha on a lot of good teams. Pippen didn't have that chance. Similar to Worthy in that regard.

If someone gave me a choice I'd pick Worthy. There you go I said it. Someone come fight me lol

Depends on what you need, imo.

Worthy was solid on defense, but elite on offense.

Pippen was solid on offense, but elite on defense.

Both sacrificed personal accolades to win titles.

Surprisingly, after they dumped Capela, it did.

You need a credible outside shot to maximize your slashing game but I agree

Their games aren't simular.

But, their production is, sans 3 pt shooting.

It's exciting.

But, might shorten his career.

What gives me pause in his game is hs 3 point shooting. This season- .254. For his career- .304. Yikes! If that was already mentioned my bad. Too busy doing nothing to go back & read any comments.

I admit, I'm clearly biased.

Westbrook graduated from the same High school as me , different years, and he went to UCLA.

All that flopping around that Harden does is simply sickening.

He is totally playing with in the rules. But, I don't enjoy watching his ticker tape parade to the free throw line 20 times per game.
