Not very hopeful. These other states (at least the bigger ones) should be testing at a much higher rate than they are at the moment.

Depends. Mike Golic for example dropped lots of weight after he retired from the NFL

Testing doesn't cure the virus. If the states are on lockdown, they will have similar success as NY
