I think those players were left for a reason though. They were all promised a shot at joining up with Lebron/AD. It wasn't a random occurrence.

Sure they were. Which is why he was able to put the roster together relatively quickly.

That's where Pelinka's backup plans came in (which what Kobe said about him). He knew he had to wait for Kawhi's decision. But he also knew that he couldn't afford to be left scrambling if Kawhi made the wrong choice.

So, it looks like he looked at who was likely to be available, contacted those players agents and just had to finalize the deals when Kawhi chose incorrectly.

Bam has been a huge part of Miami’s ascension.

Jimmy is such an interesting player though. He is definitely not your prototypical superstar. Also does not seem at his best in a complimentary role.

But damn. Sure looks like he can be the top dog on a really good team.

Why not? Well let's see here. There's an asshole in high tops that can't admit he's bald. Another player has one eyebrow. What the fuck is that!? D. Howard kinda fixed his hair so really can't make fun of that anymore. And I find fans at the Lakers games to be very smug.

This game's like choosing while pile of turds smell better. For obvious reason I don't want your team to win. But the downside is if the Bucks win holy crap Bucky-Boy will be in maxium homer overdrive. This game really is a lose/lose situation for me. Maybe I'll see what's on espn8 the ocho instead.
