Yeah, that's my concern. Through 12 games, they might be the best Lakers defense I've ever seen (when adjusted for today's game lol).

But is it sustainable?

No

Because your best player is 35.

Because Rondo, Bradley are almost washed.

Howard, Green, Mcgee, Davis....

Yeah, they can keep it up all season.

Your perimeter defense?

No

There's no reason to think the Lakers can't "load manage" their players once a playoff spot has been guaranteed.

Between April 1-15 their schedule is quite weak (if we're going by current standings)

AD, Lebron and anyone over the age of 28-30 can take multiple games off during that stretch.

If by starting it, you mean getting on top of Garrett and Pulling on his helmet AFTER Garret delivered a very late, unnecessary and illegal hit, in a game where PIT’s top two WRs were both concussed by hits ranging from illegal to dirty, then sure.

If by re-engaging, you mean going after his helmet that Garrett stole from him, then ok again.

I shouldn’t be surprised that all the Cleveland homers are supporting their guy here. I guarantee the response would be different if this happened to any other team.
