Yeah true, he doesn't have to be a true #1 but I still think he will have to be an elite player for them to contend for a championship especially if the C's aren't healthy

for his career do you think he is in the top 10% of games missed due to injury in the NBA?

i would think so.
Blake has to be #1 right now.

Cp3 not far behind.

Also, Exum, Parsons, Burks....

Forget Curry.

I bet Fultz is high as Shit on the list and this is just year 3.

Curry is a fucking Iron man compared to the rest of those guys.

lol...yah i mean fultz of course

id make some kind of reasonableness parameter that you have to be at least 5 years in the league or something. but yes i am sure grff is way up that list as would be parsons and exum.

Man, fuck that guy.

Last year, he's on 4 of my Fantasy teams.

Completely SHIT THE BED.

This year, I put that Fucker on the DO NOT DRAFT list.

He goes HAM and sinks my team 2 weeks in a row.

Fuck that guy!!!!!
when I decide to get back into DFS he'll stay on my do not draft under any circumstances list.....along with Olynyk. Trying to remember the others (there's 2-3 more).

as we both suspected- the Chiefs defense SUCKS. Is that a fair assertion now that we are 9 games in? lol or do we have to continue to wait?

it's cool. least we ain't 3-6 with an egotistical punk for a QB, a headcase for a wideout, and an O-line that gets crushed in like an old beer can on every other play...

3-6 bitch. who sucks now...?

and obtw, our defense is top 10 vs. the pass. run defense is another matter...

I wouldn't consider him solid, his time in CLE and stats considered him to be backup quality. Maybe it was a system fit but he wasn't good. So for a late 2nd rounder he was essentially a bench player. Not sure you expect a 2nd rounder to be a bench player.
He's a starter in KC and leads their team in sacks. And, yes, a solid bench player in round 2 isn't so terrible. sure, you'd prefer a starter but there are a number of complete busts in round 2...or 1.

I had high hopes for Exum.

I was always looking for the next Penny.

* big point guard, not style of play *

Thought we had it with Livingston before that gruesome injury.

Turns out, we traded it to the Thunder for George.

I was hoping SG-A would be Dejounte Murray-like.

He's better.

I think it's tough to quantify. But look at Kawhi Leonard and his game history. Anthony Davis. Joel Embiid. Blake Griffin, Kevin Love, Porzingas, Bradley Beal, John Wall, Chris Paul, Kyrie. etc, etc.

All have similar if not worse track records of games played during the season. I think it's a bit unfair to categorize Steph as glass when not many of those other guys get the same rep with similar games. Additionally how many of those guys above have played deep into June for 5 consecutive years.

and i totally agree with you that the guys with a lot of responsibility and in addition to responsibility, long playoff runs are more prone to injury.

however, I gotta think Curry is among the top 10 percentile in the league- especially after this year.

Depends on what scale you're using. If you're comparing him and his health relative to the entire league, yes he'd be in top(or bottom) 10 percent likely based on games he is available to play. But if you take a look at the top 20 players in the NBA, I doubt he falls in that 10 percent category. I haven't crunched the numbers obviously, but just my estimation.
