I posted the other day that I think they will need to take a page out of the Nets book and trap him early to get the ball out out of his hands.
Also, give him different looks and as much as possible, make him drive into the paint where he has to deal with the Lakers size.
End of the day, it'll likely be a bit like the old Jordan Rules where you just accept that he's going to get his points, but you try to make him work hard to get them.
Also, as @Shaqdaddy11 pointed out, he's had to score 61, 51 and 42 in the last 3 games for the Blazers to barely win against average teams. It's really hard to win a 7 game series against a good team that way.
Having said that, if there's a guy in the league right now who could probably do it...it's Dame.
Assuming the Blazers take care of business against the Girz they might win a game or two against the Lakers. Dame can obviously make every game of the series interesting. But Portland doesn't have a chance to pull off a first round upset. They aren't stopping the 1-2 punch of LAbron and AD.
