To be fair Myers again was perfectly positioned in front of his net on the first goal but decided to vacate it to go into the corner leaving the slot open for the first goal. I'd tether one dman to the slot to solve this recurring problem. Goal two both Pro and Couts were watching behind the net as Martin went to the slot open. That was a brutal goal as Pro didn't get the puck out with seconds left in the period. Third goal was pure luck as Hart was trying to stop the pass through the slot. Can't blame Braun there or on the others.

Sidenote watching the Nucks game and Vegas guy slashes a Nucks stick breaks it no penalty. Yet Hagg gets slashing for breaking his own stick. How does any of this make sense?

His two goals are PP goals though. Harder to clear the porch being a man down.

The one area where I think the Flyers can get an edge is on special teams. They just haven’t skated hard enough and kept their feet moving to draw penalties. At the same time, G was cross checked at the post in between two soft calls on Haggs. Don’t want to be a blame the ref guy but at the same time, it should be noted.

We need to get G a favorable matchup if he’s going to be an impact. Put him back at center with guys with hands around him. G Couts Voracek doesn’t seem to be giving us much outside of a long touch pass from G to spring Couts in Game 2 and that offensive zone shift in OT that got Myers winner.

G is 8.2 on your cap for the next two seasons and he has 3 goals in his last 30 playoff games. I get the JVR criticism but if you’re being fair fingers should be pointed at G as well. In fact, if I get some good health news on the Nolan Patrick front, I’d use my salary cap relief on bailing on the G contract before bailing on the JVR contract.

We've been through like 4 coaches now and we still cant play a 60 minute game.I think its a lack of leadership personally but on this board is a sin to say that. We will need to do so tonight or it will be do or die from here on out.

I don't think you can mess with Laughtons line as they were good all game. But I would swap Jake and TK to create a spark on both top lines. Raffl should be in on 4th line he can do some damage there. Just my opinion as you don't want too much change.
