This clip shows him actually suffering the injury, he was running back to stop the fastbreak basket and his leg just gave out. Looks like the knee hit the floor on the way down but I don't think that's what caused it.

He is a defensive center who can rebound and play defense. He basically can't do anything on offense on his own if it is not coming from an offensive rebound

Go back and look at the amount of times he said Lonzo's #'s = J Kidd.


Mavs improved 23 games Kidd's first year.

The Lakers improved 9.

Kidd is not in the Magic tier. But, he is a champion and HOFer.

So, It's all blasphemy. But, it doesn't stop fans, commentators from doing it.

Doncic: 20 ppg on 15.3 shots, .428/.356/.730, 6.6 3s attempted per game, 6.8 reb, 5.3 ast, 1.2 stl

Beyond the stats, Magic was more athletic, taller, had a better handle, etc.

So, is Lonzo to Kidd when everything we've seen says he's more Rondo at best, Elfrid Payton at worst.

LeBron is a more athletic version of Magic.

His Rookie stats before All star weekend..

20.4 PPG, 5.8 APG, 5.7 RPG

That looks awfully close to Luka's.

Based on stats, style of play, it's still as legit a comparison to list Luka with LeBron and Magic as it is Ball with Kidd.

I mean, don't we always tend to LeAnn towards the rosiest comparison possible?

You have to admit though that Kidd had a much slower growth to his final form than someone like Magic. Kidd took a long time to develop his jumper and was very much a dimes/d player early on.

i don't even know about a defensive stand. they were down for a second, came back and were ahead by a point late with the ball in their court, after that i think they quickly got down by 8 with about 2 minutes to go, and never got down or lost tempo and came back and took the lead and the game, i feel like the last time they played the spurs they lost by like 30, so feeling good about this win.

Yeah they got smoked in San Antonio.

The team is playing its best hoops of hte year right now. 9-3 in their last 12 with several quality wins. The next 4 games are going to be big as they play 4 road games, all on the west coast.
