i had no idea what you were trying to say to be honest....

The Spurs have eschewed perimeter shooting, at least with their 2 best players. Because they both stink as perimeter shooters.

Derozan is shooting 18% from 3. Aldridge is shooting 13% from 3.

Yeah, I'm saying they can't shoot from the perimeter. In fact they don't. They are making the mid-range jumper cool again.

I said the same thing when the trade happened and got ripped for it.

"They have a lot of players that play that position and won't re-sign him."
No, you didn't.

You said the Wiz overpaid and you were wrong.

Stop trying to make yourself a martyr.

Hate the Lakers or not, It is pretty damn obvious that they would have been right in the thick of things for a top 3 seed had Lebron not gotten hurt. Saying anything else is insane.
Yes, of course.

But, it's also obvious that their young guys are waaaaay overrated, outside of Kuz.

...at least by me.

It's not inexcusable because they aren't that much better. Better, but not THAT much. It's not college where bad teams are always gonna lose. Bad teams can still win games in the NBA. Phoenix beat the Kings this past week. The Magic beat Houston last night. Shit happens. Forget about where Ball and Ingram were drafted and whatever their potential could be and evaluate their play. They just aren't that good right now. They are basically averagish starters neither of which look anything special. Hart is just a role player. Right now, he's a poor man's Trevor Ariza. And so far, the more responsibility he has, the worse he performs because he's not yet good enough to be in a bigger role. Throw that in with the floatsam signed post-Lebron and its a very meh NBA team. Meh can lose to anyone on a given night. There just isn't much talent out there. If you want inexcusable, ask Magic/Pelinka why they don't have basic supporting staff like shooting coaches.
See, this is where we differ.

I thought they y were waaaaaaaay better.

I still think Hart and Kuz will be terrific when LeBron returns.

Lonzo is who I thought he was.

Swiss army knife that can give you a little bit of everything, sans shooting.

He just isn't a good fit with LeBron.

But, I am completely off the Ingram bandwagon.

I honestly thought he could have poor man Durant potential.

Shit, he might not even be poor man Harrison Barnes.

I think that Ingram may demand to be traded in the off-season. Playing with Lebron is killing his career.

He needs to be traded...Imo

Dude was so frazzled during that game against Houston, that got him suspended.

The expectations are clearly weighing on him.

Seriously, he was picked a couple of spots higher.

But, Isaacs in Orlando reminds me a lot of Ingram.

Same build, similar upside.

But, totally different expectations.

Isaacs is allowed to develop incrementally.

Ingram doesn't have that luxury.
