I think that is the easiest one for me, even if Embiid is younger. I don't like how Embiid's lack of energy and taking off plays, his stamina, throwing up wild 3's. HE is a great player but AD is just a MONSTER

I honestly think it's a bit closer if only because I love Embiid's ability to go into the paint and do work. AD relies on his athleticism a lot and he's a freak of nature, but he's more of a face up guy near the box. I like Embiid's ability to grind out some buckets when I need it. His shot selection is a problem at times, but I feel like this season in particular he's taken that leap and firmly in the top 7 or 8 players in the league.

not only that- but you are actively rooting for a big time rival of that team.....

i mean- yes if you are an Indians, Browns and Kings fan--- you are not a Cleveland fan--- but it makes it even worse when the team is the Celtics which is one of the Cavs biggest, if not biggest rivals.
Celtics aren't even a top 4 rival. The Bulls are easily their main rival, after that it's the other teams in their division and then perhaps the Warriors.

1) Giannis Antentokoumnpo or James Harden - This is the toughest one but Giannis is 5 years younger.
2) Russell Westbrook or Damian Lillard - depends on my core around him.
3) Joel Embiid or Anthony Davis - Joel is younger but AD is just a freak.
4) Ben Simmons or Luka Doncic - up-and-coming star and he can shoot.
5) Devin Booker or Nikola Jokic - all-around beast
6) Kemba Walker or Bradley Beal - 3 years younger
7) Jamal Murray or De'Aaron Fox - Fox can be a star
This is my list too

i dunno man played a lot of playoff series with the Celtics over the last few years

honestly if iwere to say #2 it would likely be Detroit over the Bulls.

One Dimension: Kyle Kuzma’s Just a Scorer for Now, but That’s Just Fine

What we want from players in today’s NBA, more than anything else, is versatility. Big men matter more if they can make defenses nervous from 25 feet away. Point guards matter more if they can defend their own position. Wings matter more if they can switch screens. Lockdown artists matter more—and, increasingly, only—if they develop a corner 3. The game is too fast and is evolving too quickly for role definitions to remain sedentary; the positional revolution has made polymathy a must, and woe betide the specialists, those who have found a way in this short life to get good at one thing.

And yet, we must always return to the words of the philosopher:

Millions of things can matter in an NBA game, but nothing matters more than the ability to repeatedly and efficiently put the ball in the basket. And holy hell, did Kyle Kuzma ever do that against the Pistons on Wednesday.

@tlance

a must read for you--- might get you to finally realize why Kyrie Irving is so valuable.

Kuzma is a shit rebounder, an awful defender, he cant really pass, but he is a very valuable NBA player because he can freaking flat out score.

Giannis/Harden was a tough one- but i gotta defer to Harden until Giannis actually wins something at some level.

I ahve no doubt Giannis will one day be better- but honestly- if i had to win one game right now and had to pick one of those 2 guys to do it- its Harden without a 2nd thought.

So will The Joker make the All Star team this year or will he get robbed like last year?
He's getting the spot KAT had last Season.

No way will Towns get in over Jokic.

Draymond should be out too.

DRaymond really has played like shit.

His shooting has not been good for a while now
Yep.

I think my guy, Tobias, has the numbers to warrant a look.

But, he will probably get caught up in the numbers game.

Jokic, George, LeBron, Durant, Brow are no brainers.

Still, he deserves the nod over Green, unless we are giving out Lifetime Achievement spots.

That would be nice, I think he's deserving. I'm going to the Clippers/Nuggets tonight.
