And the top 3 seeds in the West right now are...

The Blazers, Grizzlies, and Clippers!

Just like we all expected.

I would say that Ben is struggling. Maybe not to the same extent as other 2nd year players. But he isn't having the impact he had in the 2nd half of last season, at least not as consistently.

I would disagree. His per 36 numbers are right in line with last year, but the slight improvement in FT% actually makes him a bit more efficient on offense. His defensive numbers (stocks) are slightly down, but that might be expected with a different roster and the Butler trade. If he keeps producing 15/9/8 and 2+ stocks and a FT% north of 65, he's gold.

I don't know, but other guys like Evans and Holiday need to continue to embrace the opportunity.
What's up with Leaf?

Is he hurt?

Obviously, he isn't getting minutes over Sabonis or Turner.

But, 1ppg, 1 board in 7 minutes is not what I expected coming into the Season.

I really thought his game was tailor made for today's NBA.

It's still early.

apparently because Arison refused to add 5 million dollars to the deal to help offset Olnyks contract.

big surprise you dont have Butler because Arison didnt want to pony up 5m extra.

Gilbert would have thrown in an extra 10M and drove Olnyk to the airport himself.

instead you have Ricahrdson throwing his shoes into the crowd.

Except, the Cavs weren't fucking even in the negotiations.....

on a serious note

the Browns have had the rookie of the week 6 times this year--- 3 different players have won it twice- Mayfield, Chubb and Ward

That happens about as often as a Whiteside assist. lol

Dorsey was the guy that drafted MAhomes and Hill and Hunt in KC but lost a power struggle with Reid

he knows what he is doing- FINALLY the Browns have someone that knows what they are doing- now Jimmy HAslem needs to just get the fuck outta the way.

Are you ever serious on here? LOL.

Kidding, happy Thanksgiving week,......Wiggy.

yes...he was nuts--- but not as nuts as Sugar-- she took the cake for crazy. Like not even close.

Bi-fucking-polar.....having said that, I hope she's on her meds and doing okay.....she's tried adding me a few times on FB but I declined.

Life's short (found this out just under 2 years ago) and it'd be horrible to wish ill will on any person anytime, but especially this time of year.

Lebron confirming what we all knew. @WiggyRuss can you post the full article from the athletic?

LeBron James: Kyrie Irving Trade 'Beginning of the End' of Cavaliers Era

LeBron James opened up about his decision to leave Cleveland, saying general manager Koby Altman's lie to him about trading Kyrie Irving was the "beginning of the end" for his second tenure with the Cavaliers.

"Everyone knows that when Kyrie got traded, it was the beginning of the end for everything. It's not a secret," James told The Athletic's Joe Vardon in an interview published Monday.

James said Altman told him that he would not trade a disgruntled Irving to the Boston Celtics, only for the deal to be completed the same day. Altman had taken over for David Griffin earlier in the summer of 2017, and James said he believed owner Dan Gilbert ordered the young general manager to complete the trade.

"You realize at that point in time, take nothing from Koby, because Koby [was just named GM], but at that point in time, you realize that Koby's not the only one running the team, as [former GM David Griffin] had done, and that's why Griff was let go pretty much," James said.

LeBron James: Kyrie Irving Trade 'Beginning of the End' of Cavaliers Era

The greatest Owner in the NBA totally cocked it up.

Did you see this part?

It's been over for years and they knew it.

Cavs front-office officials declined to be quoted for this story but disputed that Altman gave James any indication the trade would not occur. They also said Altman asked James whether he would commit to the Cavs long-term if Irving were not traded, and James said no.

thats the funny thing.

If the Cavs had not made their roster attractive to LeBron to come back- he would have just kicked back and stayed in Miami.

LeBron saw- Kyrie, assets to get Love, multiple first round picks to use, guys like Waiters and Thompson, an owner willing to open up the check book.

The Wiz tried to attract Durant---- to his hometown team, planned to have cap space- got Wall, Beale- and then proceeded to shit all over themselves.

The Wiz were not even in Durants TOP 3!!!!! Boston, OKC, and of course, Golden State- were all ahead of them. Durant did not even HALF WAY consider his hometown city because of how much of a dumpster fire they were. HE wont consider them in his next free agency either....and REST be assured- if the Wizards played it like the Cavs and had assets like the Cavs had--- wed be hearing about how he might go there- instead of having to consider NY or Brooklyn- or other places that are just not historically incompetent hotbeds of smoldering shit like the Wizards.

LeBron--- Cleveland? I can make it work- Kyrie, Love, bunch of assets

Durant? Washington? go home? FUCK NO--- i had it way better in OKC than going to that shithole. Ill go ANYWHERE else-- GSW, Boston, OKC.........Brooklyn, NEw York

anywhere but my incompetent hometown team. lol.

Why are you even talking about this anymore? Is this all you have to look forward to? When James returned to the Cavs?

Like when you said all us Lakers fans have to look forward to is old tapes/CD's from past titles?

PS: Our past titles trump the Cavs 1 title in their history......LOL.

I wonder if Kyrie wasn't traded and someone else owned the Cavs would LeBron have stuck around?
