I couldn't care less about the all star game. I didn't even bother to follow the "draft". Any shit show of an all star game that has him on the floor really isn't worth "research". He had plenty of appearances. But a guy who hasn't started a single game for a bad Miami team is a disgrace.

It's a new thing this year, Silver just decided to do it. And it's a great idea for a meaningless game.

In fact it makes 13 players suited up for each team, which is how many suit up for regular games. But the All Star rosters always had 12 (before this one). It should be 13 every year even without the 'sendoff' slots.

Yep and most importantly the added another slot for them. It's not like they were selected as one of the original 12 which would have been very unfair
