Things are not going well.

I think we all know they’re punting on this year.

Choosing to save salary cap and ( hopefully) build up the farm.

I hope we have a very active trade deadline as sellers and we do a much better job than with the Darvish deal.

Another Rangers starting pitcher getting lit up. The bullpen is going to be more over used them it did last year.
That is a concern and Matt Moore has not been good for a while. Not sure we can automatically pencil him in ahead of Colon even though we are not fans of his.

It’s not going to be a short leash. You should know that by now.

Nonsense.......The organization will not, repeat, WILL NOT, watch another season like the last and do nothing.

Profar has been kept around for good reason and this guy is the major one IMO.

It also still baffles me why the team was sooooo anxious to sign Odor to a long contract. What was the frigging rush?

I’ll believe it when I see it. I’ve lost a lot of faith in the competency of this organization the last few years.

Although I disagree, I do understand your reluctance to do likewise.

Not even settled in, in Memphis yet I turn the radio on over the weekend and one station has Ole Miss baseball, one has the Cardinals on, and still another has the U of Memphis game.

Gawd this is going to be one helluva transition for me. :gaah:

Oh there's no way the Rangers should be buyers this year.

Did I miss the reason for this move?

But our pitchers were cheaper and that's what counts the most, right?

The place in Gun Barrel was sold, to this day my closest friends are guys from Memphis I met while in college, Big D is a very expensive place to rent/eat out/etc, and the cost of living here is very good. Example, my rent, after I take out the expenses from GBC which I will no longer have (yard work/storage, etc) will only be $100.

And, you are only a couple of hours away from Sikeston, MO which is home to one of my favorite places to eat, Lamberts. We stopped by Lamberts a couple of weeks ago on our way to Michigan.

Well the good news is that you can get Rangers games on the MLB.tv thing now, since you're out of market.

I don't know Donaldson, Banny played in all 162 games last year. Didn't even get 1 game off.
