Was considering Montez vs Daniel Jones. Sort of similar situations as sophomores. Jones a little more mobile but Colorado better WR's and I like Colorado's schedule. Duke has a tough schedule for Duke with OOCs vs Army, NW and Baylor. Colorado avoids Stanford and gets some weak defenses (NoCol, Tex St, Col St) OOC.

Will be interesting to see if CU runs Montez as much as Sefo in the red zone. He's not as big, but much quicker/faster.

Montez is sorta a sneaky pick. I like what I saw out of him last year when he first took over, but then he took a step back. I also felt Colorado held the reins on him a bit not fully trusting him with a very good D. He could be a nice pick.

That's the other thing. Colorado D won't be as good. Hopefully some shootouts with Wazzou, ASU, Zona type teams.

At least Montez is bigger than Phil Lindsay.

I'm happy to get Jones. I thought I might end up getting stuck with Will Grier, i'm not falling for the hype there think he's in for a inconsistent mediocre type season.

I personally love Will Grier for the record. I think he is the real deal. Not sure what he will be like fantasy wise. Should be decent, maybe not great, but I like him as a QB. He has great tools and in his short time at Florida showed a lot. Played like a vet from the start.
