Ga. RB gets first offer from Vols

Rising sophomore running back Lyn-J Dixon of Taylor County High School in Butler, Ga., said he received his first scholarship offer from Tennessee on Friday.
The 5-foot-10, 177-pound Dixon said he learned of the offer after participating in the Vols' camp Friday afternoon. Dixon attended the camp with his close friend and teammate, Class of 2018 quarterback Gunnar Watson.

Dixon rushed for 1,301 yards and 13 touchdowns as a freshman, averaging 7.6 yards per carry. He's expected to be one of the top prospects from the state of Georgia in the 2018 class.
