I switched to Verizon from AT&T months ago...much much better

I switched from Verizon because they scammed me... I told them I needed internet and the guy was like we have this thing that you can take with you and it's a moveable hotspot... I said my wife works online so we are on it a lot he said it should be fine... so I got it and it was connected to my cellphone data... end of the month my bill was almost $1500... I went in and was like wtf, and they said it's not like home internet it's cellphone data... this was like 6years ago... I calmly told them the guy told me it was like home internet and if they don't adjust the bill they can kiss my ass and I'm not paying for shit! They said they couldn't so I said fuck off and went across the street and joined at&t...

Damn that is pretty fucked up. You screwed on that one. I would switch from AT&T though...the service blows and is so frustrating

They did the same thing to me about 5 years ago. We went right back to T-Mobile.
