Well, Goff doesn't have much of an arm, so I guess they figured get him some guys who can actually catch the ball across the middle

He had a 6.5 cone drill, among the best at the combine, meaning he gets out of breaks easily. Anquan Boldin had a 4.71 forty time so did Jerry Rice, I guess they weren't number one WRs
