How shocked would you be if BQ took him in rounds 1 or 2?

As long as it in't our first rounder. I'd rather have a team of thugs that win than a team of boy scouts that don't.

NFL Media's Lance Zierlein compares Pitt RB James Conner to T.J. Duckett.

"Physical, battering-ram style runner who makes the hitting a two-way affair," Zierlein wrote. "Conner's lack of speed and reactive quickness could limit his role as a pro, but his heart, work ethic and ability to keep the chains moving could make him a red-zone specialist with the ability to handle some third down duties as well." The 6-foot-2, 250-pound Conner beat both Hodgkin's lymphoma and a significant knee injury to return to the field last season, rushing 216 times for 1,092 yards and 16 touchdowns.

Wouldn't mind taking a shot on this guy later either. Wouldn't cost a high draft pick.

"Six of seven teams polled by Walter Football's Charlie Campbell indicated that they view Stanford DL Solomon Thomas as "more of a mid-to-late first-round pick."

As opposed to the top-10 prospect some see him as. "Late one is right for him," an AFC director of college scouting said. "Not worthy of a top 10. Nice player, but not special; undersized defensive end." An NFC national scout described Thomas as an "explosive ... tweener" who's "not a true defensive end" but rather a "hybrid, jack of all trades/master of none type." Thomas' stock could jump at the NFL Combine. An executive speaking to NFL.com recently said he expects the 6-foot-3, 275-pounder to post an "Aaron Donald-type workout" and called the Stanford standout a "freak show."

He is good but I hate tweeners.
Not strong enough to play DT and not explosive or long enough to play DE in the 4-3 we run.
Teryl Austin would have to get mighty creative to find a way for him to be productive.

How do you feel about Peppers? Not that he will be there at 21 anyways.

I wouldn't be angry about taking Peppers at all.
Might sound a bit crazy cause I know a lot of Michigan fans are on this board.

I would still take Adoree Jackson over him.

Fournette is the best player I have seen in a long while.

Lions won't have a chance by staying at 21 but I pray he doesn't go to the Bears or Vikings. That guy would kill the Lions for the next decade.

Bears need a QB.
Vikes might take him though.

I listened to BQ talking about Joe Mixon also. (He'd have to ask Martha though.)

Heard he's the heaviest back in the draft. At 240.

And ran a 4.5 40. He will not make it out of the top 10

Yep, he is a lock top 10 pick especially after Zeke Elliot did so well for the Cowgirls last season.

Hunt and Perine are still the best 220+ old school running backs for rounds 2 or 3.

Cook didn't wow with his athleticism or speed.

Martha would like a good slapping around from Mixon. Probably been awhile for her.
