Not in the 1st rd. unless Davis or Watt are already gone. Evans is a WR not a TE for NFL.
maybe in 2nd or 3rd round trying to pick up a late 3rd (comp pick) from 2nd rd trade down or pick up a 4th rd from trading down in 3rd round. idk.
