This firing Mac with an out on his contract thang came-up so quickly. I hope this rainy weather gets Spurrier off the golf course long enough to make a few phone calls on our behalf.

Yep, that's about the most definition I've read about the job so far.

"I look forward to visiting with him on a lot of occasions and picking his brain on a number of issues," said UF Head Coach Jim McElwain. "It's a credit to Jeremy to get him back home where he belongs. More than anything I look forward to actually talking to him and being around him rather than just saying hello to his statue on my way to work every day."

It would appear Mac isn't as humble as he seems. I just can't imagine what he was thinking with Nuss and that POS offensive scheme. Nothing needed Spurrier's input more than THAT.

I wonder how Franks will perform in a spread...could be a whole new day for him.

frost went 6-7 first year after a 0-10 season
and is now currently undefeated .. Taggarts best season at usf was 10 and 2 and in year two at Oregon is 4-5... just no thanks

@tabascojet please state your case for him them. dont just facepalm me.. why do you think he is a better fit..
I realize this is his first year at Oregon not his second so i stand corrected on that . for some reason i thought this was his second year there so my bad.. however.. the fact remains he hasn't proved much in my eyes.. i realize Frost hasn't coached long.. but he has done wonders with UCF that is in this state and with 2 and 3 star recruits..
