2017 Free Agency

I was just thinking that a separate thread is needed for free agency this summer. If @trojanfan12 will sticky this one for the duration, it will be appreciated. The first shoe to drop is Rudy Gay is declining a $14 million dollar option to become a free agent. Right at first my first thought was he was being foolish, but his stats are pretty decent and I can see why he would want to get away from cow town, err I mean Sacramento.
