C.J. Anderson (torn meniscus) will be a full participant in the Broncos' offseason program.
Anderson went under the knife in late October. His recovery took a little longer than expected, but all that matters is that he's healthy now. Anderson is competing with Devontae Booker, and remains the favorite to get another shot at starting duties in 2017. It's not outside the realm of possibility that the Broncos draft another mid-round runner, though it is unlikely.
