If I was Nebraska I would give Williams another raise, I would double it and do it right now. I know he just received a raise, but I don't care. Nebraska cannot lose a coach like this.

i'd have no problem if they simply put a limit on how many satellite camps your coaching staff can work. i mean limit it to 5 or 10. I'm not sure what's a reasonable number, but I'd think anything more than 10 is a bit overkill. i thought i saw somewhere that the NU coaches had maybe 9 planned for this summer.

Limit would also be stupid, if they want to have that many camps then go for it. All it does is get student athletes more exposure.

I didn't see anyone post about the NCAA allowing the school to pay for parents now on OVs. that's huge for Nebraska.

In bowl subdivision football, to permit an institution to pay the actual round-trip costs for a prospective student-athlete’s parents or legal guardians (expenses for up to two people) to accompany the prospective student-athlete on his official visit.

absolutely huge ruling for Nebraska... and about 20 years too late for the NCAA. But better late than never.

Next week they are voting on whether or not to let the colored use the same locker room as the whites.

Avery Roberts announcing his commitment to either PSU or Nebraska tomorrow at 3:00pm CST. Signs point to Nebraska.

Nebraska has also offered his younger brother Grahm Roberts (a 2018 RB) who has a North Carolina offer as well. Due to that fact and that Avery loves coach Bray I think Nebraska gets this kid tomorrow and that could be the start of something really big for this class.

Already Nebraska is in on more Top247 talent than I can remember in recent history and has a shot at landing 2 to 3 5-star recruits (1-2 more realistically) as well.

Avery Roberts

Around 4 hours to go on his commitment.

Probably just finishing up school and maybe practice afterwards.

Then go home, talk with his family.

Then post.

That would be the way I would do it.

A big decision for the young man. No matter how it turns out, make the most of the opportunity!!
