Do we know if POB is getting reps with the ones?

I'd be good with that as well.Depends on the service but Stanton was not ranked anywhere near POB by the end of his senior season. Also, remember that Stanton was coming off of a torn ACL during his Senior year, an injury he never full regained confidence from while he was here.
That being said, there is another option, and it's one that I think Riley should and will consider. POB gets 2nd/3rd team reps during the season and someone else runs scout team. Would get him in with the team and running plays. Would also keep him in the loop of TA gets injured and we want to go to the future now and start with POB in the middle the of the season. This is the way I would go, a redshirt year with him taking actual reps in practice and a key back-up if TA gets hurt.
Does a can commitment screw the pooch with the calabraska crew?
How sure are you we can't take both? Also why does Dqrnays decision hang on Gebbias seams odd to me.
FWIW he's much closer to KJJ than Gebbia. It's gonna be a fight to get him here either way, but from what I understand Gebbia isn't the lynchpin.About 95% sure we don't take both considering we have POB and Tanner Lee in last class. Four QBs in two classes is too many.
And Darnay's decision doesn't hang on Gebbia's but getting Gebbia would add another person he knows to our program and his current QB as well. Nebraska has been telling Darnay he can play both sides of the ball if he comes here (a la Adoree Jackson via USC) and the allure of teaming up with KJJ and Gebbia could be enough to swing us to the top. I'm not saying it does, but it couldn't hurt.
