The best team in MLB got by us. It will be so funny if Indians cheat by the Astros. Dodgers will break one off in Indians. And they will be laughing in the dug out.

even if that happens, at least they won't be embarrassed any worse than your Tigers were when you saw them in the WS.

I challenge you to get off my nut sack.

You are a coward. But at least you are honest with yourself, doug. You KNOW your knowledge of the Detroit Tigers (and MLB in general) is weak and insignificant compared to others....so staying away from any and all (even semi detailed) conversations about Detroit would save you even more embarrassment and butt-kickings.

Razor sharp is a 3-0 loss? I guess that explains why you think sleep over Jimmy is a good HC.

Right now they might...half a decade from now when they would sitll have to be paying Verlander tens of millions they might not...lol

dude....I do have to say--- Upton is amazing right now and looks like that signing was a very solid signing as he is in his prime and is a guy the Tigers will have to build around in the future---- but Jordan Zimmerman has been a disaster. Wow is that guy bad --- totally under equipped stuff-wise to throw in the AL.

Like I'm going to waste my time watching a Tigers game.
Tribe is making the Royals wish they would have sold-off all these vets.

I am really surprised the Royals didnt make a bunch of moves. They could have made some deals like the White Sox did and re-built their farm system in a weekend with how many assets they had....instead they will be done well before September rolls around looking at having half the team walk.

I really respect and like how the Royals made back to back WS and won one....but they are in for some lean times in the next couple years.

Really- the whole AL Central is kind of a shit show besides the Indians. THe White Sox are years away- but at least have a bright future. The Tigers havent even started the rebuild they will have to go through. The Royals the same.

The Twins just dont have much talent. Berrios is good. Sano is really good. Buxton was SUPPOSED to be good. Ervin Santana is having a great year...but other than that--- there isnt a lot there.

With how the Tribe has most of their core signed up for the long term- there is no reason why the Indians shouldnt be heavy favorites to win the central for the foreseeable future.

Just having Kluber, Carrasco, Salazar, and Bauer signed/not eligible for free agency for at least the next 3 years is enough to keep them at the top--- let alone having guys like Lindor, Jose Ram., Kipnis, Zimmer, EE, Mejia in the minors, - around for at LEAST the next 2 years--- most for at least the next 3-4 years (or longer).

Harbaugh is 20-6 in two seasons at Michigan, going 10-3 in each. Meyer is 61-6 in five seasons at Ohio State, losing more than one game just twice (12-2 in 2013, 11-2 this year).

To be fair to the bumbling fool, Fulmer did pitch really good.
Fullmer is a damn good young lefty. Does it without a mid 90's fastball either which is encouraging. The kid knows how to pitch.

When i look at pitchers one of the first things i think of is - "could he start a playoff game for me"-- and the answer to that for Fullmer is a resounding YES.

Tigers- if they have a couple bright things to look at going forward- would be a solid collection of young, cheap arms headed by Fullmer...a guy who can still be a decent #1 if not a very good #2 in Verlander.....and guys like Boyd and Norris who seems to be decent back half guys.

Upton looks like a bat you can build around. IF I was a Tigers fan I would have wanted them to keep JD Mart. and built around him and Upton in their batting order.

At some point the Tigers bullpe nis gonna have to be addressed. Its so bad and its been bad a long time.

The Royals screwed themselves. They had that great stretch, right around the trade deadline. I can understand why the FO didn't dump everyone, they thought they had a shot at this season. Now they are back to playing like how they did in April and their season is on the brink.

Fulmer is a righty. Tigers' $200 million team salary precluded Detroit from keeping JD Martinez. Justin Upton has done well...increasing the likelihood that he will opt out of his contract - mainly to get away from a rebuilding, downward trending team.
Tigers need to reduce salary and get younger and more athletic.

Yeah, the Browns suck. I know you can relate, since you are a Lions fan.

The Lions haven't won a playoff game since the late 50's. And if doug ever finds out who they beat he'll shit himself w/ excitement.

They won the Championship in December 1957 ... They also won a playoff in 1991. I wonder if any other professional team has won 1 playoff game in 60 years. Still, I love my Lions!!!
