Has Verlander been lights out in the playoffs ... no. Has he sucked in the World Series ... yes. Is he still a good pitcher ... sometimes. Is he as good as Kluber right now ... no. Does he have a hotter girlfriend than Kluber ... I don't know, I never seen Kluber's girlfriend. Is Kluber gonna win the Cy Young this year ... I hope so, I cant stand Sale.

Perhaps namamind is right. Maybe "shitting the bed" is a bit to harsh. In deference to him, I'm going to go with "sharted the bed a couple times" as opposed to a full on shit.

Wise...very wise. Plus when your team is in last place shitting the bed doesn't have the same pizazz as shitting the bed in front of millions of people on baseball's grandest stage.

After all is said and done, Verlander will have a pretty good career and he is a positive influence on the young Tiger pitchers. Verlander has always been very fan friendly and a great addition to the Metro Detroit area.

Corey Kluber is nothing to sneeze at, pretty impressive stats. Is he a good guy ... I don't know. I suppose most hitters dislike him (as they should).

She may not be Kate Upton ... but Kate Upton is no Mrs. Kluber. She hot and they have two adorable little girls. Other than one idiot ... I don't see what all the comparisons are about. Each are great in their own right, neither has a World Series (although Kluber may be closer at this time).

Absolutely no question that Kluber is better right now. But Kluber is in his 5th full season, JV is in his 12th. A hell of a lot more miles on JV's arm.
