Ok, The Twins have not swept the Orioles in Baltimore in like 50 years.

Cleveland gets scorched by Billy Hamilton's speed after it looked like the game was over. I didn't think it was possible for a runner to score from first on a single to left.

I have a feeling that Cleveland is going to be pissed after that one and I wouldn't want to be the Reds' starter tomorrow.

My point is, even though Cleveland is the much better team, the Twins don't look to be going anywhere.

At this rate, 14-5 on the road, why the hell do we want to come home?

Doug is not entirely fabricating this story...in review of Bo's memoir he does in fact mention someone he referred to as a "self imposed recruit". This fella was often sitting on the front porch each morning and liked to follow him to work on his adult sized trial-cycle.
