@gordontrue can the cavs do what the Heat did & win B2B road games in Toronto & Indiana?

I'll be mildly surprised if they do. Cavs haven't played well since Christmas, which was the start of a stretch of 8 out of 9 games being on the road. They've lost every road game except in Orlando.

Although, I'm glad we get Toronto first and we do benefit from the Ibaka suspension.

Way too early for this tomfoolery.
It is.

In fairness, he said top 5 assembled Team, not player.

He'd put Bron at pg, move Magic out and put Durant at SF with Jordan, Duncan, KAJ.

Magic is one of my alltime favorites.

But, that's a pretty filthy lineup and far less ridiculous of a claim.

Eh.....I don't agree.

First off, Magic is #3 or 4, not 5.

Look, fair or not, joining a juggernaut diminishes his rings FOR ME if we are talking about him leap frogging the Magic Johnson's of the world.

Anyone lower, they are toast.

Let's be honest: Had he stayed in OKC or gone anywhere else, not sure he'd even get 1 Chip.

Great player, pure scorer.

Top 4 EVER?

No.

He's a top 5 all time NBA Scorer. That's not debate-able at this point. But from an overall player perspective, I think top 5 is going to be a reach. Mostly for the fact that he really hasn't started playing any sort of defense until last year with the Warriors.

A couple ships may help his resume overall, but in his career he's never even been the best player in the NBA during his time. If people can't agree on Lebron being in the top 5, there's virtually no chance of Durant ever being mentioned there.

Oscar PG
Jordan SG
Lebron SF
Durant PF
Magic C

Most positionless basketball team of all time.

@trojanfan12

Just wanted to let you know that I read your post and while I can disagree with some of your points it isn't by a big enough margin to argue about. I honestly believe that Lebron will likely wind up back in Cleveland for another year but if that doesn't happen he will wind up in either of the LA teams, Philly or outside shot San Antonio.

I think we both have some good points and food for thought.

We can probably both agree that...it's Lebron...who the hell knows what he's going to do? :noidea:

Saw an interesting stat on Cowherd this morning...

Through their first 34 games in the NBA:

Lebron: 28% from 3 point range, 6.1 assists, 5.2 rebounds

Lonzo: 29% from 3 point range, 7.1 assists, 7.1 rebounds

Obviously Lebron averaged more points per game as would be expected given their roles.

Maybe Lonzo isn't having such a bad rookie season after all?

Step mom/new wife. Pretty shitty.
The thing that bothers me most is that Craig did that within hours of his son giving him a life saving bone marrow transplant and that same Son still gave him another transplant AFTER THAT knowing full well that he had basically been disowned.

You don't have to leave substantial amounts of money to your grown, adult children.

But, to exclude them completely from property, keepsakes, family heirlooms?
