What could have Gordon done differently that would have made this team better? Who would take Paveleic no one and no one in Hartford would do any better. Most of our Goalie depth is in KHL or College. Hank has done pretty well over the last 12 games.

Well Gropp is still in the system. Even if Hank is the problem when Gordon took over Hank was already signed to his contract with a NMC. Really the only bad move was resigning Smith, you can also make a case for the Eric Staal trade but I understand why it was done. Over all he has done a decent job. He has brought some young talent into the system while trying to rid of some of Sathers bad contracts.
