Mozgov signing is a D, sorry my friend.

I don't know who started that silly rumor about the last 2 Seasons being Team options.

But, since that has been debunked, it's a D until he averages a double double.

I LOVE the Deng signing.

He is perfect....give him a B plus for now and a A plus if it translates on the court.

To be honest, after Dwight left the Lakers haven't had any success with big men. He'll definitely be an upgrade over Hibbert who averaged under 6ppg and 5rpg last season. Any stats better than that and Mosgov will be a significant upgrade.

He averaged almost 15ppg and 9rpg vs the Warriros in the Finals the first time GS played Cleveland. In 30-32mpg with LA he should be able to put up 10-12ppg, 8-9rpg, and a few bpg. That's not a crazy stat line, especially when you look at his per 36 minute career numbers.

Yeah but look what the Lakers got from Hibbert last year....

This. At worst.....I see him averaging 8 and 7 with a few bpg. And that's if he gets just 25-26mpg. If he gets 30-plus he'll be close to a freaking double-double.

Kings seemed to have passed on the thought of Rondo returning, says David Aldridge. Still need a PG though.

A cot in a homeless shelter is better than sleeping outside in the snow.

Doesn't mean you pay 16 mil to live there for 4 years.

It is what it is.

I don't mind the money as much as the 4 years when there were so many other options.

But, if he was the only one willing to commit, not much the front office can do about it.

I don't think Mosgov will actually be playing a lot of minutes - but even then he'll be better than Hibbert. Think Walton will play small ball quite a bit, giving Deng, Randle and Nance Jr a lot more playing time.

No matter how you want to see it though, the Lakers have improved in both weak spots last year in SF and C (Kobe just wasn't that effective any more)

DJ, why do you keep bringing this up before the guy has even played a game?

There is nothing you can say that will sway my opinion....lol

A year from now, it will be obvious who's wrong.

If it's me, I will apologize.

Just hope the Lakers get rid of Nick Young now.

I agree. He only makes 5.4 mill.....some team with open cap space should be able to throw us a 2nd rounder for him. He can score....he'd be a decent backup SG/SF for somebody at an affordable price. Only 1 year left before he most likely opts out to get a raise (some GM will pay him 10-11 mill per with the way these new contract are going). Basically an expiring contract. :pound:

A trade in the future is always an option.

No doubt.

It's not like the guy is a slug.

HE has always been serviceable and never really gotten a chance to show his talent.

Big men have been getting overpaid for decades.

EVERYONE has gotten overpaid this Summer.

Evan Turner the most by a mile....
