Seriously Lakers fans. I understand that Jim Buss said he'd step down if his 3-year plan doesn't work out. But if he really offers Bazemore and Mozgov $30 mil combined - you are fucked for years. Those contracts would be beyond bad. Bazemore was the 4th option in Atlanta, not even the 1st or 2nd guy, the 4th. There's no high upside with him. He's a decent player, but that's it.

Throw that money at Parsons or Batum.

At this point, it doesn't matter how competent your organization is - teams like the Knicks, Wizards, Hawks, etc.... are fucking up and diluting the market to where you can't even be competitive. No way should Bazemore be making $20 mil per year when Lebron and Durant are going to be making towards $27-$24 mil. And where Wade's likely going to be making around $22 mil.

I hate to say it but I wish a lockout would come sooner bc the numbers are getting insane. Guys that arent worth even 10 could be making 16, 18, 20 even more it is getting stupid. Some are bench players.
