I can't root for Long to get a ring cause that would mean Belicheat and his cheating boy toy Brady get another ring too, and I just can't root for that.

Yep. I understand ALR. C.Long's options to get a ring are pretty limited. I hated that he signed with Belicheat. If he would have signed with the Cardinals, then we'd have to face him twice a year for a year. I just want to him to get a ring. Many of his options were fraught with problems for the Rams. So, six, one-half the other I suppose.

I like Chris Long just the same, but this is the last place that I wanted to see him play. It really sucked watching SJ39 play on that team last year as well. Boy I would absolutely love for our RAMS to have a superbowl rematch against this shady team with of course a different outcome!

Yep, that was a huge move and I like what Quinn is going to do with this guy along with Gregg Williams. Williams is quietly putting together another stud defense even with all of the subtractions.

A couple of good signings. Although I think the Rams overpaid for Sensabaugh a tad, I am warming up to the notion that Williams knows this guy and the contract has incentives. So this may turn out to be another good defensive signing. Now is anyone on this coaching staff know what the hell they are doing with the offense?

2017

Base salary: $4 million ($1 million guaranteed for injury only, becomes fully guaranteed on fifth day of league year)

Roster bonus: $1 million (fully guaranteed, paid on third day of 2017 league year)

Cap charge: $5 million

Cash: $5 million

Notes: Can earn up to $1.5 million in not-likely-to-be-earned incentives based on playing time, interceptions, fumble recoveries and playoff appearances.

2018

Base salary: $4.5 million

Roster bonus: $500,000 (paid on fifth day of 2018 league year)
