Schwarber....power lefty protects Heyward
Montero....

Addy.....could be a big year for Addy.....sets up fowler..... decent speed and power......what luxury in a 9th hitter

I really haven't seen that many projections. I managed a softball team for a while. And I always had my best hitter, hitting third. Because obviously, you want your best hitter having as many at bats as possible.
And you want him hitting in the first inning. Now anybody, can debate as to whether Rizzo, is the best hitter on the CUBS......but it's a nice problem to have.

Anything Joe does with this lineup is gonna be great. I still don't know if I'd like Soler in the lineup most days or fowler. I think all those guys will get plenty of AB's. I still can't believe it sometimes how much talent is on this roster!

So final two games in Las Vegas again, Bryants home town, and Maddon plays him in right field. We know Baez is starting the season on the DL, but starting LaStella at third in Bryants home return just sucks, then bringing Soler in to pinch hit later in the game while Zobrist plays no where but second base is really confusing.

Yeah, there will be plenty of lineups this year, but if the older guys are playing every day while the younger guys are sharing the bench, it does not really make for a strong bench.
