Thanks for all the support folks, I truly appreciate it. My dad was actually pretty sick about four years ago and it was touch and go back then, so I have to be grateful for the additional time I did get to spend with him.

Thanks Matty - It's been a tough couple of days for me as I essentially said farewell to my dad yesterday. I posted a couple of weeks ago that my dad had heart surgery and although he pulled through that okay, he contracted a post-operative infection and combined with some other factors, things look very grim. I've been up in Edmonton for the past couple of days with the rest of my family and we decided to change the focus of his treatment to more of a palliative care approach.

@Dacks, I think it's great that you took in the game yesterday with your dad, some of my fondest memories with my dad were attending sporting events. It's something I'm sure your dad really enjoyed.

Really sorry to hear that, Dash. :(

Yikes, they're giving Grey Cup tickets away in order to get a sell-out...

Pizza Pizza's latest combo has a side of Grey Cup tickets

The Tenors (minus the rogue tenor from the MLB All-Star game) are performing the national anthem. In case you need a reminder of the guy who won't be there...

Geez, the Dinos almost pulled off the upset yesterday against Laval, here's hoping the Stamps can cap a great season with a win today in the 104th Grey Cup.

Yeah, for the biggest city in the league Toronto has never seemed to be much of a CFL market has it? Did the Grey Cup game even sell out?

I think it did, but they had to greatly reduce ticket prices to get a sell-out.

Welp, glad that half of football is over. Stamps probably lucky only to be down by 13. Still plenty of time for a comeback in the 2nd half.

ESPN Glitched out. The Stamps had just recovered the onside kick. They played four commercials and cut back in in time to see the field goal.

Guess I didn't miss anything important...

I'm going to be a wreck at work tomorrow, but what a comeback by the Stamps.
