Personally I say if it is still only eight, you draft an extra QB for the bench. If more than 1 of your QBs get injured then TLance gets the bird.

I think having a bench would solve a lot of potential issues. There should also probably be a defined structure for the benches. I am thinking 5 spots:
2 RB, 2WR, 1QB
You are not allowed to start a bye week player or an inactive unless your bench guys at that spot are also inactive.

Agreed. .this was started as a way to see who could correctly predict busts, not strategically position a full roster based on weekly matchups and such. .draft and forget. .draft and forgetI would just do a bench for QB... one man bench only... we are starting so many WR/RBs that a loss of one or 2 shouldn't be a game changer... and it also takes away from the exercise...
I am liking the bench idea less and less...

running backs and receivers we are starting 8 of them... your not going to win/lose because of ONE player...Bench or not, there must be a way to account for injuries. Otherwise, whoever has the most wins. While some are more likely than others, anybody can get hurt. This should be about who can compile a team with the most low scorers.
Eddie Lacy was a bust, LeVeon Bell just got hurt. Big difference, IMO.
Oh I agree, but adding this bench stuff makes for situations like benching my stud that I never wanted to draft in the first place, starting guys against Denver or Seattle instead of leaving your normal lineup alone. .that's not an accurate picture of predicting busts either. But if I draft RGIII, Shady, Edelman ect..I don't want to be punished because they got hurt either. .their propensity for getting hurt is the main reason why they'll be selected as a bust.Bench or not, there must be a way to account for injuries. @MilkSpiller22 Now that both drafts are done let me know how many people and what the roster is going to be. I will figure up who should be on the draft list tonight.
I am going to assume that @wilwhite is out... which makes an opening....
