If there was enough interest we could get this rolling by Week 3 and use Weeks 3-7, Weeks 8-12 and Weeks 13-17 as periods. Unfortunately doing a slow draft this late would be more trouble than it’s worth.

Not to place a value judgment on Guillotine leagues, I can tell without ever having tried one that they’re not something I would personally enjoy, at least not the basic kind. I wouldn’t mind seeing this marketed as a guillotine-bust hybrid though.

How many FAAB claims would you estimate you put in last year (including nullified claims)? Or, what’s the range of how many claims you see yourself putting in for a given time frame? I admit FAAB strategy for this is up my alley... maybe I’m lukewarm. I have my reasons.

It worked out very well, but I did have claim issues at the end of the season with no money left.

Was out before the start of the late games and didn’t even think to check on his status.

Really sad part though?

My replacement options would have netted me like 2 points.

He wasn't scratched when I last checked yesterday before the early games. Looks like he won't play again until he is traded. There has to be more behind the scenes we're not hearing about. He was supposed to be the primary back, and the Rams weren't going to use a committee aporoach.
