Hopefully the refs learned their lesson and are starting to call them, starting with the Kunitz one. They've been a lot tighter since then. That's the only way to stop it.

Way too much punching, poking, slashing, crosschecking both ways.

And refs have made it clear they aren't calling it until it gets "too much".
