I don't know why he would have an issue with either. Russell pushed Monroe and took a step back, then everyone rushed in in front of him, including Zubac. Draymond needs to shut the hell up. Shaq should be featuring him on Shaqtin' A Fool every week instead of McGee.

Yeah it way over the top. Very unnecessary if you ask me and it makes his reaction that much dumber knowing he already had one T. Monroe didn't have to do anything. He was getting ejected once he pushed Brogdon

Honestly the more i look at the video, the only person I have an issue with was Swaggy. Monroe was just defending his teammate after what thought was an unnecessary shove by Swaggy which I agree with.

Honestly the more i look at the video, the only person I have an issue with was Swaggy. Monroe was just defending his teammate after what thought was an unnecessary shove by Swaggy which I agree with.

Yeah, he got hit in the face.

If Monroe stays out of it, Swaggy and the other guy just jaw at each other, the ref steps in between and everyone moves on. Monroe escalated it.

I understand what you're saying but that reaction is unnecessary especially when you're already on a T. Intentional or not, you need to be smarter than that when you're already on a T. This is his 10th year in the league. He should know better by now.

Also even if Monroe stays out of it, Swaggy was getting ejected. His night was done once he shoved Brogdon after the foul. Monroe should have stayed out to save him and Russel some money.

I don't think it was as much of an overreaction by Swaggy as it was the guy who pushed him. The guy was going for the ball, but he hit Swaggy in the face. Most of these guys react like that when hit in the face. In the moment, they don't know if it's intentional or not.

What Swaggy did wasn't much of a push, the 2 would have likely jawed a little bit and that would have been the end of it. We see it happen in almost every NBA game.

The guy who came in and pushed Swaggy was the one who escalated the whole thing.

It didn't look like a crushing blow.

But, I'm not the one getting hit by a 200 lbs athlete.

Oh I agree that he shouldn't have done it, especially since he already had a T. But I also don't blame him and wouldn't have any issue with it if not for him already having a T.

It's like picking up your 5th foul. You have to let shit go that you normally wouldn't so that you can stay in the game.
