what i think you should do- is this spring/early summer when the Cavs are playing late night on TNT or ABC - going through the East- playing in the finals.....you should go back and watch re-runs of that March game...they should make you feel all warm and cozy inside when the rest of the world is watching The King and the Cavs once again make deep run after deep run into the playoffs- while you pray for ping pong balls.

Believe it or not, Sacre might be the best of that bunch. Dude isn't very talented, but he plays his ass off (especially on defense) stays in his lane and is a good dude in the locker room. He could give the Cavs a good 10 minutes or so per game playing D, banging guys around and grabbing a couple of rebounds.

He can be picked up on the cheap too.

looking at the big picture and what is actually relevant to the NBA season....at least Boston has been in a little bit of a mini-slump lately so the Cavs 3 game lead in the East is still there.

jr smith is coming back soon too.....Cavs dont play again till thursday so they should get some rest.....

Cant wait for the playoffs to start though at this point.....Im getting anxious.

Gawd I hope the Heat are the 8 seed and the Cavs are the1seed . It would be so much fun.

its why i think they have to go get varejao or sanders unfortunately....as least varejao knows how to play the pick and roll with KI and bron really well.....ughhhh

I said earlier in the year that the Cavs could end up wishing they had kept him. If they don't already, Bogut's injury has to be getting them close to that point. Plus, he knows the team, the offense, etc.

Obviously, they'd have been crazy to pay him anything close to what the Lakers did. But I'll bet he would have stayed for a good bit less than the Lakers are paying him.

Based on how quickly it happened, I don't think the Cavs even attempted a counter offer.

you tell me. In the "big picture" the Heat are irrelevant to the NBA playoffs arent they? well, if they are lucky they will be first round fodder. If they are unlucky (actually LUCKY in my POV) they will be in the lotto.

As for the Cavs- id say going down the stretch their 2 most important goals are 1. Win the East to secure home court and 2. Rest LeBron and Kyrie for the long journey that is the NBA playoffs for a title contender---- not necessarily in that order.

If you were the Defending NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers, what would you do? prioritize rest? or prioritize the #1 seed in the East?

id personally go with rest- but it would be nice to get that 1 seed.

If I'm the #1 SEED DEFENDERING CHUMPION CAVS, the first thing I'd do is make sure LeBron files a restraining order against your ass.
