That's what I'm saying. Davis and Cousins are great talents. But they have dick around them. But to say that just because they have two elite 4/5s that they're going to beat the Warriors in a playoff series is ridiculous. Which there are some that were saying that.

Beat the Warriors? Nope. Make the series interesting because their strength directly attacks the Warriors biggest weakness? Definitely.

I'd say the Warriors would likely take the series in 5 games, but the 5 games will all likely be fairly close.

One half of one game isn't much of a gauge, but since this all went down I've heard numerous reports that other players really didn't mesh with Cousins.

It seemed like after the game where they beat Boston with Cousins suspended, players enjoyed how the ball was moving without one guy dominating it and there might have even been mention of not having to deal with the complaining to the refs. As talented as Cousins is, the negative energy can't be ignored. That first half was great, but I know they can't play this well the rest of the season. It could be a start of something really good, but that'll be determined by how the FO handles the draft and offseason.

It should work fine as far as Cousins and Davis. They are both versatile enough to be able to play together without getting in each others way.

As for no shooters. That's why, if they make the playoffs, it'll be a short, but entertaining, stay.
