The Kings twitter account is being overly kind to the Hawks team, players, arena, etc tonight because the NBA doesn't like when they would troll other teams and the Hawks are being kind back. NBA taking away one of the few enjoyments I had with the league

Also, Cousins is playing like shit after the Kings blew out the Celtics without him and the team is down 16 at halftime. I'm usually torn on the "should they trade Cousins" debate, but more games like this and I'll lean towards the trade side. Doesn't matter though, the mess of a franchise isn't even thinking about trading him.

Suns put the smack down on the Bulls. I don't know if you watched but my man ALAN WILLIAMS went beast mode. Booker and Bledsoe got their numbers but Alan AKA "Big Sauce" was the difference maker tonight. Only got minutes because Len was suspended and Chandler got hurt. If I'm the coach I work him into the rotation.

When wins and playoffs aren't important, playing young guys like Alan Williams is important. They can't know if he could turn into a solid role player unless he plays more, even if it's only 10-15 minutes.

What's funny is I saw that 8 of the players from our team, including Whiteside were at one point in the D-league. I've knocked Spo before, but the man is proving he's no fluke as a coach this season. Really impressive.

I had my doubts about Spo too earlier on as most of you already know. but you got a good coach there...

Derrick Williams' debut offers glimmer of hope as the Cavs' missing piece

Williams is kind of intriguing...heard Windy talking on the radio about how he has only been on terrible teams his entire career- the Twolves, Kings, Knicks, and Heat.

Itll be interesting to see if he can be a rotation contributor on an actual good team for once. He is only 25 and is a helluva an athlete- and can play a LITTLE 3 and some 4. I hope they sign him for the entire year once his 10 day deal is up.

definitely not expecting a lot out of him- but if he can be a little depth in the frontcourt/on the wing- and let LeBron rest a little more itll be a nice addition. I think the headline on that article is a LITTLE overboard to say the least- but maybe he can give the CAvs some decent minutes here or there.

He certainly seemed able to score despite not even having practiced once with the team.

I tell you with all honesty- i hope the Heat make it to 19 straight and end up with that 8 seed.

its not gonna be fun for him- that is for sure- but it wont be anything as vicious as LeBron's return to Cleveland.---for a lot of reasons

1st--- the Cavs did NOT have Russell Westbrook to fall back on.

2nd- the Cavs game was much earlier in the season- and it was obvious the Cavs were gonna suck. This game is a lot further on- and the Thunder are in playoff positon and get to watch an MVP every night

3rd- Durant isnt FROM Oklahoma City

4th- to my knowledge, Durant said he was staying and would not leave until he delivered a title

5th- Cleveland's prior sports history of heartbreak and being cursed at the time definitely played into it...OKC as a city isnt especially replete with sports heartbreak.

just a few--- i could think of more prob.

That's the funny thing. You haven't looked at the NBA standings clearly enough have you? What's to say Miami would simply stay at the 8th seed? The Bulls are only a game up on the Pistons for the 7th. And the Heat are two games back for the 7th.
