That's not baiting him- all guys get their jersey's pulled. Curry is probably the #1 candidate of that from defenders though.Warriors, especially Zsa Zsa were baiting him, yanking his jersey, etc.. all game.
He did a great job ignoring it.
It's not embarrassing for the Celtics the same way it's not embarrassing for the Raptors or the Clippers. It just is what it is.She agreed that the Celts & the Lakers have the same chance at winning this season- which just happens to be a very low %. And she's saying it's embarrassing since the Celts seem to be a good team- while Wiggy & now you- are saying the Lakers pretty much suck.
..
I totally understand- Jr Smith as the 2nd option- is a nightmare...Jr Smith as the 4th option and playing in his defined role is a very valuable player.
Who said they were turning things around this year?![]()
probably @DJ would be my guess.I don't know the exact number but at least someone was arguing that the Lakers would win 30 or 35 or 40 games or something crazy.
def the team with Embiid, Jokic and Porzingis. at least in my view.
Which team do you have? Man it's tough to choose, but I think I go US. Because 'Murica.
Also Booker is a beast and the best scoring guard of both rosters. Bigs I think are closer to even with Towns and Embiid opposite of each other. KP and Jokic are also beasts though.
probably @DJ would be my guess.
He was posting in here quite a bit early on while the Lakers were doing well...now @DJ is a ghost on the NBA boards.

Relax. New pieces with a new coach......it's gonne take time. The Lakers aren't nearly as good as their 6-5 start would indicate but you don't see me predicting 45-50 wins.
Still firm believer we'll get 33-37, maybe an outside shot of 40-41.

LOL @ keeping the #1 pick. No chance the Lakers will be that bad.
They have been stockpiling talent and they hired a new coach (only time will tell if he's the right choice, I love Luuuuuuke but it's a tough call right now), it's time to show some serious improvement. They'll win 32-34 games. And if they ball out, I could see them being right around .500.
This young team is going to surprise a lot of people now that Kobe's gone and they have a chance to shine.
he also said in September that Lebron was a "borderline top 10 player"....so- take that for what you will...lol.
I don't think adding Melo would get them past the better teams. He doesn't play defense consistently so when they'd be facing the better offensive teams the Cavs would be giving up a lot.Cavs reportedly turned down a Melo for Love deal. I gotta say, I understand that Melo is older, but man, Kyrie/Melo/Bron/Frye/TT?!? or Melo at the 4. Melo can still get buckets with the BEST of em. I say the Cavs should atleast consider it more

lol, and sadly they're still only 5 games out of the 8 seed.Cavs reportedly turned down a Melo for Love deal. Well, same applies for Love, so then it comes down to offense, which is why I'd atleast consider it moreI don't think adding Melo would get them past the better teams. He doesn't play defense consistently so when they'd be facing the better offensive teams the Cavs would be giving up a lot.
Very true- which is why I think the trade would just be a wash. I'm not convinced Melo would be a better fit offensively. I think it would be something like it did when they were trying to fit Love in that first season. Why go back through that when they finally got Love comfortable in their offense?Well, same applies for Love, so then it comes down to offense, which is why I'd atleast consider it more

Because only a game or two separates the bottom teams in terms of records in both conferences. Hell, the worst team in the league is in the East (nets). They don't even have double digit wins yet.lol, and sadly they're still only 5 games out of the 8 seed.
Why is no one talking about how bad the bottom of the West is the way they talked so much shit about the East over the past 5 years?
Fair enoughBecause only a game or two separates the bottom teams in terms of records in both conferences. Hell, the worst team in the league is in the East (nets). They don't even have double digit wins yet.
