It's hard for me to like the dude ever since he tried to fight a fan when he was at Oklahoma State.

NBA scoring is at its second highest levels in the merger era I read.
It sort of devalues the absurd statistical numbers a bit this season.

Nobody is bothering to play defense and teams are taking a staggering 32% of their shot from 3-point land.
Everyone get triple doubles like they were participation trophies with this level of offense.

I don't think we need to go back to Spurs-Pistons 2005 era, but maybe control the scoring a little bit with some rules tweaks.

Right now it is the equivalent of every NFL game being 51-48 scores.

I still take my kids to WNBA games and the quality of play is actually much better.

But, NCAA Women's ball gets no play.

I've always enjoyed the women's game because it's more fundamentally sound. When I coached high school basketball, I used to make my players watch a couple of women's games every season, especially if UConn or Tennessee were playing.

When my daughter was younger, I used to take her to a Sparks game or 2 every season. She loved those games. Still has a Lisa Leslie jersey.
